That will be fun as hell.

Our 1/2 mile event sucked because of the old airstrip. It was old dusty cracked up concrete. You guys have asphalt last I looked. I spun 1,2,3,4 and didn't traction until 5th.

What really?? I didn’t know they shut down the roll racing aspect! Interesting. Still going to be fun, just probably won’t break at 170 mark. Haha

Only from a standstill :happydance:

Why not both! :P I like both personally but some drivers prefer 40 roll, some prefer launch. Going to have the GoPros ready!

Ah man, that wouldn’t be much fun. I do have to take off in 3rd from a 40 roll just Bc of how bad I’d spin in second. But from a launch it was just 1st and 2nd mainly for the traction issues. Hoping with this new tune that seb did with the boost by gear, that’ll help a lot! Especially when she’s turned up to 23lbs :happydance:

Expensive fix you traction is a standalone. I’m hoping a tuner implement a race grade TC with Ecu tek.

You can still roll if you want but they had to take the pacing distance out of the track last year.

I'm not sure what you mean on expensive fix you traction? Sebastian at specialty Z is my tuner, he's fantastic at what he does ;)

Thanks for the heads up! I guess it'll make them true Half mile runs now though so should be interesting.

Decided on the APR GTC300 wing with gurney flap! Super excited, going to order here shortly. But to compliment that downforce in the rear, anyone know if the APR front splitter can be chassis mounted? Have seen too many TT Z's have those things fly off once they get over 130 bc it's just attached to the bumper. lol Trying to avoid that.

NP. If you've been to NFZ before it's still the same deal. Drivers still set up their own races. Just no pacing distance and no more glory runs from the back of the runway. There is just over 6,000' of runway at NFZ midwest so it was close to an extra 1/8th if you backed all the way up to the grass with plenty of shutdown. But the insurance man shut all that down after 2018.

With the APR splitter. You have to make your own frame mounts.

Elmo was talking about a true Motorsport traction control. The only way to get it is with a MOTEC Standalone M150 package. Ecutek is limited to the factory ECU and logic. I personally use nothing. I turn it all off and drive with my right foot. Boost by gear will help.

I am crying the blues, my Motec money went to my new engine.

I know Battle Aero make a "supposedly" decent chassis-mounted splitter. I can't say I'd choose their spoilers over APR/Voltex/INGS+1 but it may be a viable option for what you're looking for.

Well, talked with Vince. It will be the end of this week or the first of next week. It's not a tune that can be rushed through as we all know. It will take some time on the dyno.
