Default Zex Nitrous Kits For 370Z?

I would like to install a Zex nitrous on my 370Z. What size hp jets can the stock VQ engine handle without damaging the engine? I am considering 125hp or 150hp jets. In the future I look forward to getting forged internals sometime but, would like to get some life out of the stock VQ engine. I plan for trips down the 1000 foot track. According to Zex you don't need a tune to run this nitrous kit? What supporting mods and fuel mods should I run with this Zex nitrous kit?

If you have to ask these questions, you are nowhere near ready to touch a nitrous system

That's a pretty good size shot on a Z, as those nitrous HP-Shots are calculated closer to RWHP.
I've heard tuning in 75 or 100 & nomal supporting mods to help.
Engine wise; external oil cooler a minimum, then there is Headers & free flowing exhaust, porting your upper & lower intakes, nice CAI,,, kinda the usual.
After you add everything up/ you're about 1/2 way towards a twin-turbo kit.
Nik@SOHO is selling his Fast Intentions TT kit installed for around 15....installed w/freshened up turbo's.

Everyone I have seen or met had single or twin turbo kit or supcharger on their 370Z I have not seen anyone with a nitrous kit yet anyway. I wanted to find out other people's experience with the Zex nitrous kit. According to Zex running their controller box and size jets you don't need to get a tune but,it is recommended. These Zex nitrous kits activate at WOT. The only nitrous kits out there that I know that are rated at the rear wheels is the Nitrous Express kit I ran this kit before on another vehicle. By upgrades I mean fuel system upgrades. What size fuel injectors and fuel pump are people running on their 370Z with a nitrous kit? I would like to run 100hp or 125hp jets safely until I install forged internals.

I've seen a few Z's dyno w/400+ rwhp...which is good; because the torque was right near it...I've been wishy-washy on this one...as in the older days; a PoP,,,was not good.
But the newer systems are designed to not work/ if all conditions aren't met.

No thank you I am going with a new nitrous kit. What fuel injectors and fuel pump did he run do you know? What jets did he choose to run? How did his tune go?

I do know the stock VQ engines max whp you can run even with a good tune is 400-450 whp. Anything higher than 450 whp is running on borrowed time without swapping to a forged rotation assembly. This is why I am asking for advice so I don't damage my engine.

James,
Those jet sizes are what i've seen & i'm sure are compatible w/oem injector's & fuel system.
Up-grading the fuel system w/return lines, larger pump,injector's...would probably support more...but goes back to Quicksilver's original question.

He was running the 125 shot. Not sure if you need larger injectors or pump, however I know you can run a 125 safely with a good tune.

U need a bigger pump and injectors would be a good idea. I have ran through at least 60 bottles with no problems. U need colder plugs as well..
