I went with the Tanabe revel and no other sensors were added

Sadly I won't be able to go E85 out here in Korea. Ill only be able to use 98 premium as that is my only option without going to heavy in the pocket for E85. Gas prices are ridiculous in Korea to begin with

Im looking to be anywhere in the 550~ range..ill start with the 255 since it comes with the kit but I'm pretty sure I will have to upgrade to keep up with 1000cc injectors? I'm not sure what ill have to do as the kit originally comes with 600cc injectors..dont know if that is the correct terminology or not for fuel pumps

The 255 will push the 600cc injectors. What ur going to need is a return fuel system to help keep good pressure to the 1000cc injectors and make use of the injectors. Other than that the 255 won't be enough to push those 1000cc Injectors. Pulling out the pump and doing the mods for the bigger fuel pump.is the challenge.

As much as its a cost Fuel upgrades are an important part of the build and quest to power. I had to.learn this the hardway settling for what came with my kit and eventually upgrading later as my injectors duty cycle topped out due to the lack of pressure.

Unsure how the octane is calculated in Korea; in the US (mon+ron)/2 is the formula here & 98 octane fuel should give you some solid boosted power!
I wish we had unleaded 98 in the pumps here.
Also, you'll burn less gasoline than being tuned w/e85.

Overseas 98 is pretty close to our 93-94.

But don't you have to add sensors for the oil pressure and A/F, or are they already on the Z from factory?

And are you going to replace the factory gauges with the new ones. I.e. ripp the dash out?

Aftermarket gauges in the gauge pod on the dash look so Sik! I opted to keep mine for the use of the Hijack feature on the oil gauge for EcuTek.

Any AAM TT owners with the stage 1 kit prefer the 600 or 1000CC injectors

Get the 1000cc. The extra wiggle room never hurts and if you ever decide to go e85 you won't have to upgrade. I have the 600 and will be upgrading to 1000 this fall.

From my personal experience, you can get in the neighborhood of 550 with the 255 and 600cc injectors. That is exactly the setup I am running, and I maxed out on the dyno at 538whp.... which was tuned down to 520whp to allow for some margin of safety. Consider that I made those numbers at sea level and about 55 degrees Fahrenheit. Not sure what you will be working with in Korea.

What I would suggest to you, though - is to go for 850cc or 1000cc injectors and upgrade to the Aeromotive 340lph pump... This will easily get you to 550 and beyond with a much larger safety margin and room for upgrades in the future and it will never be less expensive to upgrade than now since you can forego the 600cc and 255lph completely.

550 is probably about as high as you want to go, though, without adding a return fuel system...which is also a recommended item for any FI build (though I am not running one personally).

I am thinking of going with the CJM fuel return and upgrading to the walbro 450 while im at it...im looking to be right around 550+...thanks for the insight

for the aeromotive you are talking about this one from Z1 https://www.z1motorsports.com/fuel-s...ne-p-5289.html
cant do the E85 out in korea...that fuel costs to much to be running each time so staying on stock premium fuel for right now

im thinking the 450 might be overkill for just 550+

You're on the right track here.

The 450 is way overkill for your goals. Overkill is fine, but the 450 is physically too large for the stock pump basket which will have to be significantly modified to accommodate it. The 340, on the other hand, will drop in just as easy as the 255 and will have no problems getting you to 550 on premium gas. The link you provided is the correct pump.

The CJM return system is a great addition. Contact him to finalize your fuel system plans. He is the most knowledgeable fuel guy in this community by far. I think he can sell you the Aeromotive pump as well and make sure you will have everything you'll need for the install to go smoothly.
