Default New Stillen supercharger build Australia - any advice welcomed please contribute

Hi Guys and gals
I am a new member fro the Gold Coast Australia.
370z 6 MT

About to embark on a Stillen supercharger build
I was going with GTM or Gamma but they are out of business again ???
I welcome ANY advice from your knowledge and experience which is naturally far greater than mine.
FI - Parts that I have on the way

Stillen SC kit
9psi pulley
Stillen race oil cooler
CSF radiator
Frozenboost Water to Air Intercooler Radiator - 26x7x3.5 (Type 101)
OS Giken Clutch
z speed slave
OS Giken LSD
PPE extractors SS With Parallel Merge + ceramic coating
Uprev Osiris Tuner

plus a bunch of other bits and pieces

Vehicle already has Borla cat back, Kn 3 coilovers, camber front and rear dba rotors. 325 rears and 275 front

As you folk have great experience with this I look to your advice on any suggestions etc to make this work as best it can. I have naturally read a million posts but a lot of those are quite old and with things changing particularly with uprev etc more current advice would be beneficial.

I not after max hp tq at 7500. Would gladly rev limit to say 6500 and get more low down or bypass more whatever is the way. Car will be tracked on occasion.

Thanking you in advance

Try again, sorry something failed there on my first post
Ok
Cut down version this time ...
I do value your expertise opinion and any tips and advice that exists amongst you experienced people

Build will be the usual:
Stillen SC
9 psi pulley
Uprev Osiris Tuner
Stiller race oil cooler
CSF Rad
Frozenboost W to A - 26x7x3.5 (Type 101)
OK Giken Clutch and LSD
zspeed slave
PPE extr SS With Parallel Merge+ ceramic coating

car already has borla catback, KN3 coil, camber, 325 and 275 tires, dba etc

I am happy to rev limit to 6500 or so and have more down low, the car will be tracked on occasion - no drags.

I value your input here, have read the thousands of posts on Fi and Stillen, I'm more interested in the latest info if any advance, especially anything to do with tuning that is recent.
PS I was going with GTM or Gamma ... whatever but are they in liquidation again ?
They never answered numerous requests therefore Stillen the only SC option for me here. Stillen cops a lot of very very bad press on this site, is it truly warranted?

Build will be by myself and a very experienced tech. But not experienced with the Kit.

Thanking you in advance

You might want to skip the Frozenboost setup and look at the air-to-air conversion TopgunZ makes. You'll have a much safer setup and it will make more power.

Yes I figured that Chuck
Had trouble getting to TopgunZ for a purchase as it took two weeks to get my profile approved here
I will probably go that way as that seems the vote from what I read.

I do want to learn more about the MAF positioning and other items etc there is a bit written about this and other bits and pieces, naturally its all about a factor of safety which seems to be an issue with the Stillen SC setup...from what I can see this is the only FI that had had numerous engine failures. Unfort I need SC and not TT

Definitely go with the Topgunz kit. It'll save you time by not having to tear it all apart again to install it. I also did the whole install myself. It's not bad at all. I had a few gremlins which will hopefully, finally be resolved Friday! None coming from any of the new parts I out on (bought a used SC unit...)

Any comment there champ ?
I have also heard about MAF relocation .....

Please chime in anyone with the knowledge - it will be much appreciated and used

I went with the larger injectors and a fuel return system to guarantee that I wouldn't run lean up top due to those components. Since I upgraded the impeller and I might spin it a little faster down the road, I wanted to get everything done that required that darn intake manifold off first rather than go through taking it off and putting back on over and over.

The pump is what I see a few here running and since I bought the kit used, it did not come with the pump. I bought the billet tophat to ensure that I didn't have any issues with the stocker breaking and spilling fuel down the road.

Sydney here. Have the '9 PSI' Pulley, A2A kit, ID1050X Injectors, Aeromotive Stealth 340LPH Pump, OEM Fuel Rail setup, Stage 3 DXD Organic Clutch & DXD 19lb Flywheel, ZSpeed HD CSC, Megan Test Pipes, Invidia Q300 CBE /w 300CPSI Cats welded in, 285x35x19 Kumho KU39 on the rear, and ECUTek. Haven't seen any cause for concern yet in relation to AFRs & Fuel Delivery. At current point in tuning I'm seeing around 50-60% duty cycle at WOT.

Don't waste your time with the Frozenboost Heat Exchanger. I had that on there before with 3x 6" fans mounted on it as well... made sh*t power, and could barely touch timing. That IC embedded in the Manifold is utterly useless for anything above 6 PSI unless you figure out how to constantly pump ICE water through it. Was night and day difference going with TG's A2A kit and you regain the ability to monitor Intake Temp when MAFs are back in Post-SC/Post-IC position not to mention simplifying engine bay a bit without that extra W2A junk.

In my humble opinion, Stillen copped a lot of crap for people struggling to make any real power safely. Two big problems with their standard kit is the undersized and poorly situated Manifold Intercooler, and the moving of MAFs to Pre-SC. Given the undersized IC can't cope with the added heat from more pressure and the fact with MAFs now Pre-SC, the ECU never saw the significantly increased intake temp... so you can see what started to lead to a few people blowing sh*t up and the bad press that followed.

TG's A2A kit was specifically made to overcome those two massive flaws for anyone chasing real power with their system.

We have been there, go with the TopgunZ A2A system. The rest of the Stillen kit is okay if you stay with a max of 9psi.

While you are doing the fuel pump mod, go ahead and use the CJM pump installation kit and billet top hat. Do that pain in the AXX job once and be done with it. To me the fuel pump mod was the worst part of the install, then I had a bad pump and had to do it again and then a bad hose and had to do it again.

I would gladly install two Stillen intake manifolds for one fuel pump remove, modify and replace. Make dang sure you get the fuel pump done right the first time........
