I have my wore out one also. I finally got stillen to answer the phone. They said I'll look in to it after you Email me! So I Email them and wait 4 hours, no response even though I attach their install PDF tell them the page # and photo # with the pulley I need. So I call back get told the engineer will be back in 15 minutes. Sheez what run around. They finally call back and I almost faint, from the actually clinic g back and the price. $115.
I need the pulley and don't have the time to research and hope I can find a correct replacement. So I pay the highway robbery and order it. |
