In hindsight, this may have been what caused the very original and subsequent failure of the bearings. I refuse to repeat that mistake!! At this point, I feel like backing it off until belt slippage occurs and then tightening from there might be my best bet. Thanks!! Edit: Any tool recommendations for tightening/loosening the tension pulley from the top with everything installed?
