Since you don't talk to the guys in the company you would know they have different people handling the forum and their Facebook from there actual support staff. Hence the use of they... I talk to the guys on a weekly basis and bobby on a daily basis. Also bobby is the he in that statement... it's reading comprehension brother.

And who are you? A customer with lots of positive things to say about RJ? Or their support staff?
