Here is a lil teaser. We were discussing over the weekend the sourcing for the tensioner setup. They ordered several tensioners and were evaluating which one would be best suited for our application. They have been working on the best way to run the drive unit and have been knee deep into moving into the new shop and get the CNC machines back up and running. In addition to that they have been talking to suppliers on getting a bulk order together for key pieces such as the intercooler, heat exchanger, supercharger unit, water pump, and etc... some of these items were long lead time items so the negotiations are on going from what I am told.

As far as pictures are concerned there are some floating around privately but you won't be able to make sense of them unless you know the context of what you looking at.

I do know that they are on the fourth revision on the plenum space. The reason for this is for ease of installation. They have been 3D printing these things left and right and going through the best way to install the kit along with fitment. This is going to be a TIGHT fit kit so everything has to be precise in the design.

The injectors will have to be the shortest version ID offers. They are cutting reliefs in for the injectors and wiring harness.

The expectation is to cut the first couple kits in the next two weeks.

So I have some bad news... my donor hood was damaged in shipping and I will have to wait for a new one to be made and sent back to me. I will have it for Zdayz but not in time to make the new prototype hood. I will keep you guys updated.

Some good news... the heat exchanger is done and will be going into production!

Some more good news! RJM CNC machines are now up and running in the new location. Expect to see some physical teasers in the next week or so.

Seems like most of the discussion in here is hood related.

I'd like to see some pics of the SC and Intercooler sitting on top of an engine. Fuel injectors connected and a belt on it would be even better. Z-Days is not that far away. Would think they might have something close to running by now if they want to make Z-Days.

Hey guys sorry for the lack of updates... I have been heads down in trying to get the white dragon up and running. RJM will have to confirm but I know from the last call this weekend they will not be able to attend Zdayz in order to finish the production version of the kit. I can't go into details but they were being held up on the manufacturing of their custom intercooler and heat exchanger. Those two key items were the main hold ups. The kit is still underway and will be released asap! I know the drive from the team is intense and I know bobby is taking it pretty hard to not have the kit ready for Zdayz...

The only reason I am able to post this is because late last night me and the guys came to the conclusion that my car will not be ready for Zdayz... so I will be taking my jeep srt. I will say the stress level for me is much lower this morning. But I digress, if you have any questions around the kit or would like to see 3D models I can share those with you at Zdayz! Just come find the big white Jeep SRT!

Well I know the process of moving buildings and CNC machines in the middle of the project had an unforeseen impact on the manufacturing of the current product sets. Motors and what not all got delayed.

I'm usually on the other side having machine shops make parts for my designs.

Any updates on a prototype yet?

I think they did their big reveal at Z days so there should be a full update soon.

They did not. They posted about it on Facebook.

No my car was not ready unfortunately but it really wasn't bobby's fault...this is the first time this kit has been made and unforseen and uncontrollable things happened to prevent it being ready for zdays but I promise I'll bring it to z nationals in October so some of you can see it in person. Bobby did do an amazing job on my suspension though. It drove so amazing on the dragon after loosing the air ride and going with the robbie spec kw's along with the spl parts, new diff and axels it was a night and day difference. So much fun.
