Have fun getting that bushing out of the frame. The two in the diff aren't bad. That last one is a **********.

That sounds about right. I farmed it out and the mechanic told me he was tripling the cost for the second guy that brought him that job. |

I made some youtube vids. After dropping the diff, I drilled a couple holes in the rubber with a paddle bit. The crew type binds and then either throws your or break in half. Then I used a bottle jack and a pipe and placed it between the subframe and the bushing and jacked'pushed the rubber out (it tore mostly out and I used a sawzaw to cut the the rest of the way out). I then took the sawzaw and cut the metal out. Make sure you cut all the way through the metal ring ir it wont come out. Once cut thought, I used a flathead and pried it out. You can see the metal ring in the last vid IRRC. It's a series of 9 vids I think

That's a good vid. I didn't know how to edit my vids like him. It's much easier to watch.

Took me way longer to take the freakin bushing out. Used a Jig saw (didin't have a sawzall), a hack saw blade a chisel and a hammer.
Should be doing LSD and maybe gears while you're in there. (I skipped the gears thinking I'm going to go to FI eventually) My install: http://www.the370z.com/diy-section-d...l-install.html |

Petr, there is a guy in our group who made a simple tool to pull it. Comes out in a solid piece in 30 min. Shoot Tom a message and ask him what he is using, or he may possibly ship it to you and can just return it at Zdayz.

I need to have car back on the road this weekend, check for all leaks, drive it for a few miles before tune next Friday |
I'm interested in how these tools look and work. I have a 6ton bottle jack in there and the rubber just ripped apart.
