Continuing the non-update update:

JTRAN ghosted on me... I've sent a handful of emails, facebook IMs, and texts with no response. I guess he felt I was asking for too much or was not worth supporting anymore, but it's impossible to know since he has not responded to any attempt for communication.

He was awesome to work with up until this, and was going above the call of duty to help me.. so no hard feelings, but just dropping communication does leave a bitter taste.

The tune seems to be fine... I no longer have a valet map, which I did use from time to time, so that kind of stinks. I bought some 1000cc injectors on the classifieds here and continue to be on the lookout for someone parting out a well priced return setup. Whenever that happens I will be shopping for a new tuner I guess!

I am not sure what's going on with JTRAN... the last correspondence I had with him was a couple of weeks ago with an email saying he would send me an updated map that evening with the plan that I would flash and log the next morning... then radio silence. I've sent a few emails and a text since then with no response. Seems odd. Maybe he's just tired of my pestering. Anyhow.. at the moment I have what I believe to be a good tune with much improved idle and traction control... Unfortunately does not include a valet map..

I guess I will just try and ping him from time to time to see if I can get his attention.. I assume he is just busy, but it would be nice to get some kind of notice.

You can always contact Seb from specialty Z

Got my car up on stands yesterday to finally start taking care of some maintenance issues.. car has needed an oil change and after sitting for a while the BOVs had gotten stuck. Until now the garage has been so full of remodel related crap I havent been able to work on the car, but its finally clear enough!

That being said.. once I started inspecting I found a couple of surprises... my pass side BOV was completely stuck and had about 1/4 cup of fresh water inside.... not sure I fully understand how that could happen, but the car sat for a while outside and there has been plenty of rain.

The second surprise was this: (drivers side IC inlet)

http://www.the370z.com/attachment.ph...1&d=1532964535

One of the bolts holding the fenderliner/undershroud/bumper was contacting this spot and wore a hole right through it!!! Dropped it off at a corvette racing shop this morning so they can weld it up.

So my "stuck" BOVs were actually just one stuck BOV..the other was in good working order but the hole in the pipe vented enough pressure that it didn't ever open.
