Does the CSF unit have a oil heat exchangers built into the radiator? $1700 for the gtm set up is steep but if I can track my car and add

Does the CSF unit have a oil heat exchangers built into the radiator? $1700 for the gtm set up is steep but if I can track my car and add a turbo later then it would be worth it if your cooling problems were gone . Mine"s a MT so I would just need to worry about the rear diff ? Am i on the right track (pun ) here guys ?
