Some pretty cool news... Our very first test-set of manifolds that we built over a year ago (on a friends 350z for about 20,000 miles now) just hit the dyno at Dynosty to get a retune of it's Haltech this morning. It made 884rwhp Dynojet (23psi E85 9:1 C/R) with a pair of GT30s, stopping as the fuel injectors and fuel pump both ran out about simultaneously. Justin, being considerate of his DE oil pump, had Dynosty keep the rev limiter low, and all this was done with just 7000rpm.
So we have some positive looking preliminary test results here and some testament to our fabrication durability as well. Those manifolds fit up only slightly different than the latest version, which is why I stated we are not sure yet if our current manifolds will fit the Z33 chassis (they probably will). BTW the tuner at Dynosty (Hal) commented that Justin had completely filled the full throttle logging since his last visit a year ago. The Haltech in Justin's car stores 30 minutes of full throttle logging. The car is driven almost daily and has somewhere around 20,000 miles on its current setup, and the engine is a CJM long block that was built in 2004 with about 70,000 miles on it now. Last year when building the turbo manifolds for it, Justin removed the upper oil pan and slid-in some fresh main and rod bearings just for peace of mind... but ultimately its a 10-year old long block. VQ > All.

Well it was a long day and I got tired fast, but I said I would share pictures so I will post at least something. Here is the first production recirculated downpipe.
Also attached is a dyno graph from this morning.. I stand corrected, they were only spinning it to 7000. |

Phunk, will these be capatible with any exhaust system? Mounting at the factory locations? Also what possible sizes will the down pipes be offered in?
