Just a clearance issue, the charge pipe would come in contacted with the fan blades. I wanted down 90 but just would not work.

Machine shop wanted 140 bucks to make this piece. way to much!

I went down to metal supply, bought a 5"by5" piece of alum.

Fabbed it up my self, then painted it black with VHT wrinkle paint!

This should be around 10 psi I think?

Someone chime in for me.
Can I ask why you are waiting until next year for that set up? Is it just not being able to feed it enough fuel? I'm asking because I have a return fuel system that could handle it and more but I want to make sure I'm not missing something.I'm looking forward to seeing what you get out of the car when its tuned.

Yep, its all fuel.

I need bigger injectors, and a return system.

I'm going to install over winter and retune next year.

I just want to get everyone a baseline off the air/air system then move up from there!

That block off piece looks legit. Don't forget to put a gasket or something on it.

Okay guys, got my pipes back from the powder shop. Ill be mounting up tonight.

I received all my pulleys yesterday as well.

Ill post up my findings, The idler pulley on the blower side needs to be changed.
I found one from dayco pulleys, 34$.

the only problem - The bearing is weak sauce. Cheap bearing.
I'm going to universal Bearing and seal today. They have a bearing good up to 100,000RPM - For the set its 26$

ill provide everyone with part numbers and pictures once I tackle it!
