So I'm just sitting here twiddling my thumbs at number 41 for FI list going through google watching videos with a grin on my face. Now I can't find anymore. There were like 4 good vids. What gives?

Who's got videos of their turboed VQ?!! Blurry, no sound, too much giggling while on the throttle, who cares! Share them here so I can make my wait just a little more enjoyable ;)

I am so surprised we don't have this as a sticky to be honest. Between GTM, AAM, Boosted performance, Fast Intentions and some custom kits we should certainly have videos floating around. I'll have mine up in a couple weeks :)

i'll have videos up of my single turbo once it is completed later this month.

cool to see stock engine handle so much raw power with e85 and no issues. hopefully a lot more gas stations pop up with e85 in south florida over the next year or so; i completely intend on switching once it is readily available.

I got extremely lucky, brand new gas station just opened up a month ago 5 mins from my house, low and behold, e85!! Was so freakin happy when I saw it!

yeah, concerning though -- what if you take your car on a road trip and there isn't an e85 station within 50mi when you realize your at a 1/4 tank :thumbsdown:

thats what scares me. fingers crossed though, ive had 3 rental cars the last 2 weeks (keep switching based on rates) and ALL of them are newer model cars with flex fuel. the future is *almost* here.

second gear couldn't even get on it as much! Crazy how quickly the car wants to go sideways with that amount of power when you are turning! LOVE IT! Also the laughter of complete joy is pretty much impossible to avoid in these videos isn't it :roflpuke2:

I liked the exhaust angle, haven't seen that before. when placing the go pro on the car exterior, has anyone had any issues with slight damage left behind, paint scratch, or residue? Just curious as I know the wind pressure gets ridiculously strong when we start getting up there.

^ I haven't had any paint issues, but to be honest I've only used it a few times on the exterior. Even though I've taken it up to 130+ mph I'm still afraid that it will fall off. Call me a wuss, but I'm scared that I will lose/destroy such an expensive camera!

I don't think you can.
Best bet is probably to load to youtube from your phone and then link the video here.

Here's my little contribution....these vids are pretty old now though. I've changed tires/wheels, exterior, suspension and electronics....need to update :P

Haha. In the video I still had FI HFC, which I later replaced with test pipes. Have you driven a turbo 370Z yet? You'll surely never go back to N/A. It's a thrill, and it feels amazing even at half throttle and casual driving. Wait until you drive through the parking garage and tunnels.

I also recommend getting a boost controller off the bat to get the best response out of your setup. I went with a Hallman Pro RX manual, but will replace it with TurboSmart eBoost in the near future.

I HAVE actually!! I had an 09 with the GTM kit that I had to sell bc of a newborn and it being my daily driver. Like you mentioned you'll never want to go back...and here I am, needing the boost again:bowrofl: I literally had dreams about the thing. Well now, the new Z is NOT my daily so move over kids!! LOL
