they look correct to me I know for sure the 7500 peak of third is 100 or above from doing a few pulls on a closed course in mexico

This is based on stock gear specs along with the 3.69 final drive and 7500rpm... I have hit these numbers give or take a few mph... up to 4th gear...

I went with the auto FYI below is comparison of stock vs the 3.3 mine is a little higher because I rev to 7800 Rpm. With the power you are making you're car would be a completely different animal than it is already.

3.69 Final drive 3.3 Final drive
7500 Rpm Redline 7500 Rpm Redline.

First -----41mph First------- MPH46
Second --68mph Second MPH74
Third ----97mph Third MPH107
Forth ----124mph Forth MPH136
Fith------157mph Fith MPH173
Sixth-----198mph Sixth MPH218

These numbers look more like what I experience.

If you are talking 'ish' mph then I'll buy that.

bullitt5897 04-09-2015 02:09 PM

I can tell you from multiple experiences that third will do more than 100mph...

Here is the top speed per gear, pulled this from the Z manual from Nissan.

Car & Driver got similar results, they are a few MPH higher but they might actually did some real world testing up to the speed limiter at 157MPH.

What is you're tire set up if it's far off from stock diameter it will throw the factory speedometer off big time . Regardless though it still it still doesn't change the fact the 3.3 is longer .

Easy for you to say. I don't want to know how much that sets you back :rofl2:

I also see a lot of custom GTM parts so here's to it not giving you issues for a life time.

bullitt5897 04-09-2015 07:30 PM

Most of the custom GTM parts are custom spec parts from different companies... I have a long list of those companies including the crank...

There was only Jason and the shop monkey Erik in there to build mine. Jason said he built yours too no? I never talked to Jason after the bolt in there killed everything so there is know one to blame but the shop. Mine runs solid now sans bolt :roflpuke2:
