Gauges making noise..

Has anyone experience this issue? What happens is when I turn on and off the engine only my battery gauge makes a weird noise. It only makes the noise when

What happens is when I turn on and off the engine only my battery gauge makes a weird noise. It only makes the noise when the needles move. It's kind of a annoying does anyone know whats wrong?
