in one of those picts the guy talks about that black plate he pulled out and cant see anything from the below (looking up into the rear bumper) pict.
 looking at the service manual it appears to be forward of the fog lamp housing. i'll know sooner or later.  and the taillamp housing pulls out towards the back of the car, not forward as mentioned in the DIY. |
