40th red color code.

Hey everyone. I want to send out some parts to get powder coated 40th red. Since it is not an exterior color is there a color code? Has anyone gotten a color code when doing their own paint/coating?

MACSIMIZERS...how happy are you with your 40th red paint? In pictures it looks almost orange. I thought our red was more of a cranberry.

Would love to see what everyone's 40th red came out to be.

Harbor frieght $6 red is god damn close if not on the money. It's what I use

OH!!!!! A powder coat color. I was looking under paint not thinking that they sold powder coat color!

like they only have like one screw driver.

you ask for a screw driver set and they send you to the aisle with one screw driver size and type.

HAHAHAHA. Ok, going to pick that color up in a week or two and then run a test. I'll try to get some good quality and color adjusted pics afterwards. If it really is close that is fantastic. Makes things easier.

so wat exactly are you getting powder coated? a ooops on caliper or?

It drives me nuts that the calipers are bright red. So I am going to redo those. Also doing a bunch of engine bay finishing things like bolts. Nothing too dramatic in there. Just hoping for some nice splashes of accent color.

If you're redoing them can I trade you a set of regular Akebonos?
