2015 Nismo Bumper on 2009 Sport possible?

If I do the conversion, I have not found a good way to attach my brake ducts to the DRL holes or front area like on the standard nose. I

I saw this pic a couple months ago and decided I would use that 4" inlet necked down to my 3" ducts.
