Not sure if it comes with the extenders or not. We could ask someone in the nismo section if they can take a picture of the front inner tire wells. The extenders only cost like $50.

^^ This

I know a guy I'll get back to you :)

I like the red stripes on the front inserts. Maybe I should try it and see how it looks on a white car.

Just got the bumper back from paint. Shaved the nismo badge holes.

Also got the inserts back. Wrapped by Imperial Works in Sacramento.

Any installed pics yet? Are you doing anything with the DRL holes (leds or mesh) or just leaving them open?

I'll probably put it on in the next week or 2. Was going to wait until I get the rest of my CF parts clear coated before installing everything.

I wanted to see how the bumper looks installed without the DRL's. If it looks weird I'll just bite the bullet and order them.

370z209 12-07-2014 01:52 AM

I did try test fitting the front inserts.

What colours did you use for the non white bits on the bumper?

It looks like there are THREE colours on the official bumper... see this pic

http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-WUTYJ2cyps...Z-Nismo-11.jpg

Theres like a matt/satin black, a metallic gunmetal colour and then the body colour.

Cheers,

Dan

I used a regular black color.

I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me with the nismo pics I would see online. Sometimes I can see the grey, other times it looked like matte. The grey kind of looks like the old grey they used on the 07-08 nismo's.

Do you have a colour code for this colour? Or know what it is called.

I think since my car is PG I'll just do it all in black. Did you use gloss, satin or matte?

Here's the color code from the 07-08 nismo lips "KH2".

I used a gloss.

Stinvil93 12-09-2014 02:35 PM

What is the color code for the red lip?? Or accent lip in this case

+1

also wanted to let everyone know I have spoken to iJDMtoy and they have confirmed they are NOT working on a DRL replacement. :(

So I'm going to order up a set of those hella ones and see how bad the fit is.

On the plus side they dim when the headlights are on and they are Hella so they will be OEM quality.

Sorry been lazy. Big storms coming tonight and my weekends booked. Will try to get some time in next week to do it. Got too many parts to put on. Also waiting on my Work wheels to come in tomorrow.

Found some time to work on my bumper while my new wheels and tires get mounted.

Screwed down the red inserts from the back to tighten them up more.
http://i1078.photobucket.com/albums/...psd437b655.jpg

Installed the wheel well fillers using 4 screws and bolts.
Could actually use shorter screws.http://i1078.photobucket.com/albums/...ps68799346.jpghttp://i1078.photobucket.com/albums/...ps87ffc3e5.jpghttp://i1078.photobucket.com/albums/...psadb56dd5.jpg

thanks for the update dude!! can wait to see it finished

RicerX 12-16-2014 01:30 PM

For those 2013 guys - I did the digging on the DRL business (I can't remember if it was mentioned above or not; sorry if this is repeated)

The 2013 non-NISMO LEDs are referenced with the same lookup code as their NISMO counterparts. However, the part numbers breakout as follows:

RH Lookup Code: 26600M
LH Lookup Code: 26605M

Non-NISMO LED assembly:
RH Part Number: 266003GY0A
LH Part Number: 266053GY0A

2015 NISMO LED assembly:
RH Part Number: 266006GA0A
LH Part Number: 266056GA0A

And go figure, the NISMO versions are more expensive by $70 a piece.

Yea, really hard to see the CF when the area around it is all black lol. I may pick up another set to swap out when I feel like it.

370z209 How hard was the install? I have a '12 nismo looking to do this in the next year. I just want to see what I'm.getting into.

Install is pretty easy. Just prepping the bumper with all the inserts and fender liner is the only thing different. After that you can just follow the DIY for the front bumper install.

Don't think your undertray will fit though. Even the base model undertray doesnt fully line up with the bumper. Going to have to take a look at real 15 nismo at the dealership and see if I'm missing something else. Only 2 bolts in the front middle of the undertray actually line up. The left and right side of that area is a couple inch gap so I have a few extra bolts sitting around.

I may wait for the metal undertray that some company was making for the 15 nismo bumper. Sorry forgot the name of the company.

martin82 01-05-2015 02:16 PM

it would be Zspeed or tollboothwilly is my guess

edliaszenik 01-05-2015 11:53 PM

Yeah I was going to grab a metal under tray. Didn't know if my stock nismo would bolt up or not. So really theres nothing different with install than the front bumper ? Other than the undertray.

Yup, its OEM and fits like a glove.

edliaszenik 01-07-2015 12:34 AM

So you're running without an undertray?

I'm still using the base model undertray. It seems to only connect at 2 points to the lower front bumper with bolts.

edliaszenik 01-07-2015 11:21 PM

Awesome. Definitely want to see more pictures!

370z209 01-08-2015 12:05 PM

I have more pics in my profile. Their only cell phone pics though. Car looks much better in person lol.

AKI370z 01-09-2015 11:35 AM

does anyone know the actual part #'s on all the parts needed for the front conversion? want to get a quote at my local dealer...want to avoid shipping.

cooltoy 01-09-2015 12:53 PM

Does not actually answer your question, but some possibly useful info.

Slightly off topic, des anyone know if the side skirts from the 2015 Nismo would be a straight swap for OEM one's on a MY2010
