I'm not an expert but I would think no. At least, not much. The seat bottoms are roughly the same size, certainly not smaller enough to make a noticeable difference.

Good news though, I called Status racing and they suggested Buddy Club mounting brackets, apparently they're the absolute lowest ones made for our cars. I'm gonna order one of those and see how it works. Zdayz 2014!!
