Rear Fog light JDM European Evo-R

hi guys my next mod will most likely be the rear foglight. i want something thats easy to install and thats on when my headlights are on. i know evo-r has the blinking when braking...its cool and all but im trying to save money. JDM and euro are both around the same price but do they require me to purchase extra wiring for them to come on? in pics its only the lamp and a wire. thats it. thanks in advance.

Do you know what a true euro rear fog light is?

Removing the butt plug was a pita on mine.

My 09 didn't come prewired so made my leads.
