Head rest lose?

Hey it is normal when you lay your head back on the head rest for the seat to poke you in the upper back? It is like the rods from

Default Head rest lose?

Hey it is normal when you lay your head back on the head rest for the seat to poke you in the upper back? It is like the rods from the head rest are pushing forward through the seat when you push your head into the head rest. Never had any car do that before?
