Mag black color matched door handles installed

Does anyone have a good way to remove the little screws holding in the button? I know they have loctite on them because I have removed them before... I heated

I know they have loctite on them because I have removed them before... I heated them up with a lighter then I was able to unscrew them but cant you just unplug the wire for the button or is it impossible to reach?
