I don't see much of an issue with SeaSucker, been using it for the past 2 yrs now and have never had an accident. Only issue was a couple months ago when 1 suction cup lost 'suction' but the other 2 had no issue doing the job (mind you Talon has 3 suctions cups). OP is there a reason why you chose the Hornet vs Talon aside from size and price? Only thing keeping me from selling my old Talon and picking up a Hornet was the use of the 'extra strap'....but now that I see how you implemented it I'm more in favor. __________________ '09 6spd.
