I don't know where to find red seat belts (or any other color) but can tell you that you need to disconnect the battery before doing any work on them.

I don't know where to find red seat belts (or any other color) but can tell you that you need to disconnect the battery before doing any work on them. Which means you will need to reset your windows and radio (DIYs on this site).
