Sucks. Took me 4 months to finally get my car straightened out. I had to provide the police report, I had to provide the estimate. Stoopid Allstate did not have their act together here (until they found out that there was video of the accident..  ) Waiting on my diminished value claim now....
While this doesn't look bad, it came to $3500 for just the back end..
