A quick way to check if its steel and wieldable is check it with a magnet. Also be careful with the heat settings, its very easy blowing thru the sheet

A quick way to check if its steel and wieldable is check it with a magnet. Also be careful with the heat settings, its very easy blowing thru the sheet metal used in the stampings.
Anything that is close by remove it or protect it with a wet rag, it amazing how fast heat travels and how much focus you don't have around you when wielding. Also disconnecting the battery ground is a good idea to prevent feed back to brain box. just My 2$ |
