What you can also try is the following: 1. Drill a hole into the front bumper support, maybe on the bottom since the top is hidden by the front bumper.

What you can also try is the following:
1. Drill a hole into the front bumper support, maybe on the bottom since the top is hidden by the front bumper. 2. Weld on a nut to hold the bolt in place. 3. Secure your Takata tow strap. Horrible instructions but here's a picture LOL.
