If using the Z1 short harness you would not be able to stuff it in the Fog light harness like the DIY link I posted. If you get the Z1 harness then I wouldn't see why you wouldn't be able to hook it up to your license plate lights. But you would need to tap into the license plate lights and not stuff the wire into the fog light harness.

Actually that DIY is the reason why I decided to do this mod
it's cuz when I ordered the fog light from Z1 it came w/ a free short wire harness. I was just wondering if I could do that DIY but with the harness from Z1. I guess I'm gonna have to try simotas DIY first before I order the invisicord cable.
