Automotive clear coat is fairly chemical resistant as far as consumer grade chemicals are concerned. Any clear coat after the 90s is at least resistant to chemicals such as acetone, lacquer thinner, etc. just don't start soaking panels in them for prolonged periods of time and you'll be fine.
Considering how quickly most solvents evaporate you should be fine.
