Could always go back with the Stillen splitter. I have had mine on for a few months now and I did a little prep work to prevent the inevitable sagging issue. Used a strong adhesive to mount a piece of aluminum L bar to the middle portion of the splitter.

I had an aluminum bar under mine for a while, too. Adhesive (2-part epoxy) came lose & soon as I took it off, it sagged. Then I bought the LongAcre adjustable splitter mounts, but hadn't put them on yet. Probably a good thing I hadn't done them yet honestly.

I dunno. I like the look of the Stillen, just ticks me off that they KNOW there is an issue, blame the install, and don't fix it. Have a hard time supporting (get it...supporting) a company that does that.

I know what you mean I held out long as I could and even considered just getting one of the more pricier front lips. But as you see what happened here I would be more upset if I busted a Top Secret or Mine's lip.

I used the PL Premium Polyurethane adhesive and I don't think I will be able to remove the aluminum bar without some cutting.

I have one pic in my journal showing the splitter after the bar installed with the adhesive drying. You can get everything at Home Depot/Lowes or local hardware store. Just like scottIN I used my own hardware to fasten it to the front bumper. The self tapping screws I would not trust on the track or excessive speeds. Which so far mine has held up admirably.
