tow hook thread size

Grrrr

Why is this so hard to find
Some one must know what thread size is our front tow hook?
When looking on line and in online stores I am getting conflicting sizes.

I had the sudden urge myself the other day but after a few minutes of searching (yes, it's difficult to find something) I found this:

Thanks. I went to that page and I don't see a thread size listed.
I found some that say its M23 some that say M24.

If you take it to a hardware store they'll have a little card you can hold up to it and check the thread size. They also sell those little cards for cheap, so you would never have this problem again.

I bought a metric one and a sae one for a buck each or so. It's a good thing to have in the tool box.
