So the NISMO rear bumper replaces the stock spoiler? Can someone explain why please. I haven't read into the thread for a while, when it was first started no one

Can someone explain why please. I haven't read into the thread for a while, when it was first started no one knew and now it seems everything is available. So exactly how much is the rear bumper?
