What's the illuminated kick panels? Anyone got a pic of this? I assume these are interior accent lighting by the speakers, but I'm having a hard time understanding what's so

Illuminated Kick Panels?
What's the illuminated kick panels? Anyone got a pic of this? I assume these are interior accent lighting by the speakers, but I'm having a hard time understanding what's so great about this.

Go to the official website and build a Z. When you get to options there's a list of various things including the kick plates. Hit the little question mark next to it and a pic pops up. Its a regular looking kick plate but the Z lights up.

Those would look pretty slick if I were trying to buy black ... but they don't really match white. Maybe if they offered 1 or 2 more colors.

Yep, I saw it yesterday, and it wasn't a big deal. It looks like orange-amber Z logo. It is plastic covered and looks not that luxurious as you can see on BMW's, Cooper's, etc...
and yes would be nice if it offered in other colors, maybe white LED? I believe that you will see some of aftermarket options for the kick plate. |

Took a look at it... I'm not impressed. It's just a small light up Z.
 They could have done so much more with it.

^^^ Agreed. I don't know what they're charging for. I you make my own for cheaper that'd look good.
