Since Godspeed is offering a credit for installed pictures they obviously have never fit this kit to a non-nismo. They probably just copied the Nismo panels and called it a day. Refer back in this thread to posts by Greed, HuslterX5, and Chuck05 and they all confirm the fender liners (part#H5064-1A47A + H5065-1A47A) and lower diffuser (part#F2026-1A47A) are a must for proper OEM-like fitment of the Nismo fascia. If you can live without the fender liners and the gap OK, but our factory plastic undertray (the thing removed when doing oil changes) can only bolt the the Nismo bumper if you get the lower diffuser.

Now the rear bumper is a different story...dont think anyone has made the conversion yet.

well im willing to take one for the team. My girlfriend messed my driver side fender liner up so i dont care really about the stuff under the. As long as the fascia is secured and wont flop around, im happy. I'm on a military op right now so i cant look at my car, could someone either find me a picture or take a picture of the under cover of the rear bumper for me please.

what an aftermarket company should do is make a CF replica of the OEM Nismo diffuser-->labeled in red in attached pic. Its a simple piece to copy. It cost more than the damn fascia itself at $500+ from Nissan. A CF replica could be made for $250? That way we could use the OEM Nismo fascia (cheap, poly, and perfect fitment obviously) with the CF replica diffuser. That would solve the main fitment issue of the undertray. The only other fitment issue would be the fender well liners which are relatively cheap or can be left off totally. You could also sell the CF diffuser to Nismo owners that just want a sublte CF lip on the bottom of their Nismo bumpers...2 birds with one stone.

got a better picture? i can see what i can do in seeing how feasible this would be. how much of this undertray shows on the bumper to market to the current nismo crowd?

Maybe someone with a Nismo or with the Nismo bumper conversion can take an actual pic and post. If the OEM diffuser doesnt stick out that much from the Nismo bumper maybe the replica could be made to stick out slightly, kind of like a CF splitter/lip? Just throwing out ideas as it looks like a simple peice to copy.

yeah id be curious because if it added something aftermarket to the current nismo owners it would have dual market viability, and i would be more likely to get it produced if interest was there. to be profitable it would have to be compatiable with the Godspeed kit too, but if thats an exact copy, then it should with no worries

More shots of my hybrid "Nismo." I hope these are clearer than the last bunch. I added the S-tune spoiler since my last post. Also, I'm happy to report I have had zero issues with the Nismo front bumper install.

I noticed they painted the inner portion of the "mouth" of the Nismo bumper, when it comes stock blacked out. Ie, you aren't supposed to be able to see anything behind the grill.

If you don't mind me asking Greed, how much did you get the nismo bumper for? Also, I'm guessing it doesn't come painted?

Equinox >>> on the bottom leading edge of the fascia there is that black plastic piece that bolts to the bottom of the lip. Just by eyeballing it do you think it could be replicated in CF and made to stick out or protrude a bit to create a splitter type look but still fit like factory otherwise?

Here's taken from another thread...
A stock spoiler with a Nismo Rear bumper, Nismo S-Tune Side Skirts and Nismo Front Bumper.

Nismo Rear and stock spoiler????

I still dig the Nismo spoiler more, but the stock one doesn't look so bad either.....so maybe I will get the rear bumper first before the spoiler after all....

Z1 now has the rear bumper in stock (unpainted) for all those who want that piece.
Front bumper is going to be the hard piece to get as it requires the brackets & extra pieces.

Thanks, Cobra. I appreciate it. I took a big chance on this mod but I think it worked out pretty well.

The front bumper cost me about 350.00 from my local dealer and yeah, it comes unpainted (primer only). West Covina Nissan in California might have an even better price on it though if you want to google them, and, if you don't mind having it shipped to you. I tried to buy from them at first but we ran into a shipping problem. You'll also need to buy the front bumper diffuser, and that could run to close to $625.00

You're right -- I never noticed that. I think it looks good either way though. On yours, I see your tow hook is painted black. Looks much less obtrusive that way. Did you paint it yourself, or did you have the foresight to ask to the body shop to do it?

Edit: Nevermind :-) I think you have an actual Nismo there.
