if he posted this in his own section, posting things against him is not allowed bc they pay for that section.

The problem I have with Lambo doors is that they are too retro. In 1974 it was a cool engineering feat to be able to make a lift system that could open a door vertically. But 35 years later, that feat is not that impressive and they are now as cool as a 1974 AMC Gremlin is today. IMO it's mostly because more Lambo doors are on economy cars than they are on Lambos. So, the 1974 Countach still has some cool factor. A Honda Civic with them does not.

Huh? Wait, I can't say thumbs down? Didn't they ask us what we thought? From now on I'll say "Oh WOW!" "That's SICK MAN!" is that better?

these brackets retain stock open swing door ability - so if you want to be showy you can, if you want to go to the bank instead, you can just open the things normally. Might be a cool card to have in your pocket to use whenever you got some gawkers. I think it will look good on a 370z because you have frameless windows, so when the windows are down the doors look longer and therefore make good lambo doors - however, I'm not sure I want to install these suckers though, I used to work at a body shop and doors are heavy and obnoxious to dismount and mount- usually need a door hanger rack, little roll around thing that holds the door for you.

a couple days ago I saw a 300C driving around town with its vertical doors open and thumping rap music...just driving around...bobbing their heads up and down with the beat...leaning back to the point where the driver had to get his shoulder off the seat to reach the wheel...with chrome autozone style wheels...

There's your target market. Good luck.

I suppose they could be useful in tight parking spaces.

haha nah, its just that it was a 300C hehe. If it had been anything else I would've said that. In fact the same thing happened to us during a meet a few months back. Some car came in while we were all just standing there with his doors wide open and drove past us looking around like we didnt exist and then drove away.
