Well, the point is to make more downforce at lower speeds too. Why do you need to be going 130mph all the time?

It will work better at 130 yeah, but it will also be much better than stock at 70mph. The car comes with a spoiler, not a wing.

The spoiler actually increases top speed and MPG while the wing actually decreases both those things.
