And wire the Blink wire to Reverse.
But i want it to go on at night, with the taillights, not a brake light, would it be possible? I think I'm just going to pay someone to do it.

You can do this with minimal tools and these things called splice connectors http://bentronics.com/images/quicksplice.jpg
which you can get from a hardware store.

Grindkiezer's post explains it pretty well, the evo-r light has three different wires. The red wire is what makes the light stay on, so if you connect it to your parking light wire *which is also a red wire*, it'll stay on with your headlights & tailights. The white wire causes the light to blink, so you connect to the wire for the reverse light *orange wire*. Lastly black is just a grounding wire so you connect it to the black wire in your taillight harness.

You can access the harness after you remove the center rear plastic panel and either the left or right side panel that covers the rear shock mounting areas.

FYI I had very little experience with electrical/wiring prior to doing this myself so it's really not too bad

That's what I'm telling you, you can do that.

Your "Brake" lights have 2 separate wires going to them.

One is for your "ON" setting with your headlights, etc.

The other is the "STOP" setting that only comes on with your brake applied.

You simply tap the wire you want the fog light to come on with.
Amuse370z and jlo370z like this.
