Status seats in a week

Yeah I don't take side mounts or the base when I weigh seats. So it was legitimately ~17-18 lbs. The seat was actually a Standard Ring seat labeled GT-X. However, they gave me an expired FIA label. Any idea what I can do about that?

It's surprising how they can still be in business with customer service that terrible. :/
