New to the forum... struggling..

Hi guys. I'm pretty new to this forum and I was wondering if someone knew how to change the color of the Z inside the car where the floor of the door meets the car. I'm not exactly sure how to explain it but I'm sure you guys understand what I'm talking about. Is it possible to change? Are the license plate bulbs interchangeable with that bulb? And if theres already a DIY on how to do it, can someone link me to it?
