While I was having an after market audio system installed (Kenwood 7" touch screen, Rockford-Fosgate speaker and amp) I mentioned to the installers about how I would like to have the DRL on when the heads are on.
One immediately started looking at that DRL issue and the other guy kept pounding out the audio installed. At the end of the day I had a full audio system installed AND... they the DLR's now stay on! Works just like it did in auto mode but when it gets dark the heads come on and the DLR's stay on. Only $150 extra and they wired it perfect/clean. No codes, errors, nothing. Best part was they didn't take apart the front of the car. If you're in the Chicago burbs check out: F&G Audio in Naperville, IL. Ask for Francisko, total pro's and laid back. |
