while authentic parts manufacturer cares about their quality and reputation so they take extra caution and care into it. they make a mold out of their original bumper and only uses that mold to produce 1-3 bumper at max.

while replica company uses that authentic parts to make a mold and use that same mold over and over to produce replica bumpers. that being said, if replica company decide to make a new mold off of authentic bumper and produce it, very first few will have almost perfect fit as authentic ones.

perhaps reason why authentic parts are pricey but you are actually paying for the service.
