Help finding always on power source

I used the Push Eng Start fuse for the B+ line which has 12V when I have the door open. And used the Cig Lighter for the ACC. It seems to be working for the most part with exception that the dash cam settings default to factory when I turn the car off. Maybe the push eng start only has power when the door is open? It's such a small space it's hard to get a measurement with the door closed. Or maybe I have a bad camera.
