Repairing salvage 370z

Friends I have an opportunity to acquire this interesting 370z, but as I do some repairs wrecked, I change:
door
Driver airbag
Passenger airbag
Pilot seat airbag

In good to know:
You need to place a new front and rear fender?
Affected open sensor front tire pressure?
The steering and suspension left front tire will hit?
The airbag sensors should I change? in where?

Please tell me.
ASAP
