Dealership called me. I completed a Nissan online survey about my service and i mentioned the floor mat issue. Dealership called"we received the Nissan survey feedback and would like to confirm that ypur floor mat issue gets taken care of to your satisfaction-please call us...."  i did the survey on thursday-they called me in friday...nissan is on it! Lol! Issue still unresolved tho...so whatever.
