I'm not sure that the opening has to be right on top of the filter itself. This would create positive pressure behind the bumper which would help feed nice cool

Meh I would rather have them flowing right onto the filters too...also air flows into low/negative pressure so you would want negative pressure back there, not positive. When I get a hold of a new bumper I'm going to get crazy on the stock one
