Fujimura Front Bumper vs Amuse Front

I like the Amuse but LOVE the Raptors! It is on my mod list. Wouldn't the vents cause hydro locking because of those Injen CAI's clearly exposed? I would think

Wouldn't the vents cause hydro locking because of those Injen CAI's clearly exposed? I would think they'd be great for cooling your brakes. As for the Amuse rear bumbers - nothing compares. It is a must have in my book.
