Default Windows Won't Go Up

Just got my car back from the shop after a hydraulic fluid accentuator went out in my clutch. Once I got the car back and I'm parking it. When I open the door and the window goes down that little bit, when I close the door the window won't go back up the little bit. I cannot completely shut the window. Is there a setting or something they messed with or is it going to have to go back into the shop?

My car has 16,000 miles and so far the dealer has had to replace:

Steering Column Lock
Fuel Pump
Clutch Fluid Accentuator

I'm not a happy camper. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would disconnect the battery, wait a little and reconnect it. There is a window reset that you would do but that should fix the problem. Credit to theDreamer for the link:

Didn't work. Called dealer and they said disconnecting battery won't fix it. Going to have to take it back to the shop AGAIN. I've pretty much had it with this car.

din- you tried the window reset procedure? just unplugging the battery will not reset the windows. it's roll it down all the way hold the button down 5 sec, roll it up all the way hold the button 5sec done.

Btw. sometimes it doesnt work on the first try. But this is in fact the correct procedure.
