Buzzing rattle sound coming from cabin light

I have the same noise coming from the sunvisor, it's actually coming from the panel that you pull out.

OP check if in fact your noise is coming from here... it is odd that it happens on warm days as it seems to me all my cars rattle worse when its cold!
